Policy and Returns
We operate a 24 hour pre-ordering service. Orders may be collected or delivered within our 3 mile delivery radius.

For nationwide Boss Box orders we require 48 hours notice. Orders must be placed by 12 noon.
We always strive to provide excellent customer service but occasionally, things may not go as planned. Should you have any questions or concerns please email info@seafoodboss.co.uk and one of our customer service agents will be happy to help.

Something is missing from my order
We apologise if you have received items that are different from your order or items are missing.
Please contact us within 24 hours and we will rectify the problem.
What if my order is delayed in transit?
Occasionally, there can be delays or orders can go missing during transit. Should this happen, please contact us and we will provide you with an immediate update where possible.

We strive to maintain on-time delivery. However, unfortunately things do not always go to plan and factors outside our control such as the weather and traffic conditions may occasionally prevent us from achieving this.
